Guitarist Larry Miller is undeniably one of the must see blues/rock acts. He is famous for his mesmerising guitar playing and rip roaring shows in the UK and around Europe, bringing his unique showmanship and energy to every performance. He holds the record for the most encores at The Cambridge Rock Festival, returning the following two years to capacity crowds and standing ovations. He was recorded live at The Great British R&B Festival by the BBC and this was broadcast on Radio 2 and more recently they have featured his new album ‘On The Edge’. In 2012 he has been in high demand with appearances at major festivals including headlining The Rory Gallagher International Festival in Ireland.
Larry Miller has released 7 albums, all of which have had critical acclaim. The latest album ‘On The Edge’ is full of intense passion, power, exciting guitar playing with both rockers and ballads. Larry Miller claims to be a song writer foremost and this album is one hell of a listen where the songs get equal billing with the guitar playing. "Nine elegantly crafted compositions provide sturdy foundations for that deep, expressive soloing style of his and we, for one, are sold. Blues-rock brilliance." Guitar & Bass magazine. "A rock album with blues undertones; and it's brilliant" Classic Rock Society. “The new Gary Moore” Radio Caroline.
Larry Miller’s band features the experienced, powerful driving rhythm section of Simon Baker on drums and Derek White on bass plus keyboards from Ian Salisbury. Larry will be playing songs from his new album plus his acclaimed album ‘Unfinished Business’ as well as live favourites. If you like Rory Gallagher, Joe Bonamassa, Gary Moore, Walter Trout or Hendrix, you’ll want to see Larry Miller.
