Booking Tickets

This tab needs to be here to enable all the accordions to be closed on the front. It is hidden so it won’t show, but if this tab is not here, then the first accordion with content in it will be hidden.

Tickets can be booked in person or over the phone between 10am – 4pm Monday to Saturday (extended telephone service until 5pm Thursday to Saturday). Tickets can also be booked online 24 hours a day via our website. Unless a show is cancelled or rescheduled, all sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges.

This really is personal preference! The favoured row in the Stalls is centre row F, as this has extra leg room. There is also a slight amount of additional leg room on the front row of the Balcony, Row Q. We are fortunate that there are no seats with a restricted view.

Balcony seats are available once a certain number of seats in the stalls have sold, to ensure a good atmosphere for both the audience and artists. If you purchase seats in the stalls you may transfer to the balcony if it is subsequently opened.

On certain shows the following concessions may apply:

  • Over 60’s
  • Under 16’s
  • 1 in 10 tickets free.

The latter option is only available when purchasing via the Box Office and not online. Please enquire about concessions before completing your purchase, as adjustments may not be applied retrospectively.

We offer a free ‘Essential Carers’ ticket for those needing additional assistance when attending. These are available by calling or visiting the Box Office and are limited to 5 per performance and allocated on a first come, first served basis. We have limited wheelchair spaces – our Box Office cashiers will be happy to provide further information.

Full details can be found in Terms & Conditions

We have stairlifts into the Foyer but NOT into the balcony. If you wish to use the stairlift or need wheelchair access, please alert the Duty Manager on your arrival, by pressing the CALL button situated to the left-hand side of the entrance. There is an accessible toilet in the foyer.
